We do hope you will enjoy it here and we for sure can't wait to see what you will create for the challenges. This is my favourite time of the year. I love the dark month of November and then see it all kind of explode in lights when December arrives. Best thing, always! And my first love in cardmaking is Christmas cards and I do hope you enjoy it as much as I do and come and join our challenge this week. Oh, and as always, please do give the teamies some love. Challenge #271 - A Card for a Child

Good Morning Paper Shelter Followers I hope you all managed to cope with the changes of the clock last weekend, I always find that the poor dog has more of a problem with it than us humans but as shes very time orientated I'm not surprised really everything she does is ruled by the time of day.
Anyway I hope you are ready for this weeks Challenge as we have a new Team member on the A Team and I'm sure you will be delighted with her stunning card, but this weeks theme is all about creating "A Card for a Child" and this can be anything you like I leave the choice of theme entirely up to you.
But before I go any further I'm sure you will want to know who the lucky person chosen by Random Org was for last weeks "Pearls" Challenge, and that person was :-

As I have already hinted we have a brand new Team Member and that very talented design is Danny and she has been a very loyal follower of The Paper Shelter for quite awhile and even won a couple of Challenges along the way, and as I have also some very sad news to tell you that one of our long time Team Members Judith has had to step down for now due to family problems, I rather snapped up the chance to ask Danny if she would like to join the A Team in her place, and fortunate for us she agreed, and so without further ado here are the stunning cards the girls have come up with this week.

I always enjoy looking at the DT blog when the girls have uploaded their cards and are always astounded at the designs and layouts that the team come up with and this week I must admit that the cards are just out of this world and any child would love them. So I hope that you will decide to take part in this "A Card for a Child" Challenge and we look forward to seeing your creations.
